Playing with pieces of Candy...Land
| Tessa got out Candy Land and was playing with the gingerbread people. (I will not have the PC police after me.) As I looked closer, this is what I saw: |

Pretty little girls::Tessa & Tyler
A few weekends ago, Lisa (my college roomie), Tyler, Tessa and I went on a lunch date to the Garden of Eatin' — Canton's finest. Tyler is two years, one week and four days younger than Tessa. :) It's so fun to see her with babies.
Daddy does one pretty pedicure
For inquiring minds, the color is Ivy League by Sally Hanson. Sorry, though — Eric isn't taking any appointments at this time.

Road trip to Round Lake!
We got to see Lindsay and Jody! Lindsay came "home" to Minnesota for her grandpa's 80th birthday party, so Tessa and I trekked it on out to Round Lake, MN (pop. 300?). Tessa and I had a picnic at a park (the town had a park!), and when Linds and her parents pulled up and got out of the car, Tessa bolted to Lindsay with arms outstretched. Reunited, and it feels so good!
Sertoma Park
Although Tessa acquired three new stuffed friends after Mima visited the gift shop at the butterfly house (Robby Robin, Georgia the Seahorse and the Nemo Nemo fish), Mima kept these fly-vision glasses for herself. I don't blame her — they're awesome!
Sertoma Butterfly House & Purdy Marine Cove
This adventure was part of our Easter weekend fun. Kory's aversion to the butterflies made Tessa question if she should feel the same way:
But Mima assured her: "Butterflies are just meant to make us smile." (Awww!) :) So, what's your problem, Kor? ;)
